I'm a Visual Artist. I blend luminous color & vibrant texture; figurative style. Symbolism related to the art of ancient Mexico, from a contemporary perspective.
Horacio López Bonilla
Born on the 2nd July 1957, in "Tetela de Ocampo" in the heart of the northern highlands of the mexican state of Puebla.
He is a Mexican researcher and painter devoted to preserve the Mexican artistic heritage, lately inspired by ancient pieces of rock art found in archeological sites he discovered himself.
He studied painting at art school ENPEG "La Esmeralda", INBA in Mexico City, where he currently lives and paints since 1973.
